Kommit's Litigation practice merges with Singh & Singh; Karmanya Singh will lead Singh & Singh as Managing Partner

Kommit Techno-Legal LLP's litigation practice is merging with Singh & Singh Law Firm LLP w.e.f 01 April 2026. Karmanya Singh Sareen will lead Singh & Singh as the Managing Partner. Kommit's Partners Sahib Singh Dhillon, Krishnagopal Abhay and Vivek Ranjan will join Singh & Singh as Partners. Singh & Singh will continue to provide expert legal advisory, litigation and enforcement services, with a special focus on intellectual property. Kommit continues to provide prosecution, consulting and technology related services.
